Senior Field Service Technician
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for performing advanced installation, startup, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of power equipment at customer sites across the U.S., primarily focused on data center and construction applications. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently in the field. The Senior Field Service Technician exercises discretion and independent judgment in troubleshooting complex systems, supporting service execution, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. This role primarily supports field operations and technical execution and does not have primary responsibility for overall project management, client-side decision-making, or operational leadership.
